Strategy Inc., the world’s largest corporate holder of bitcoin, has dodged a major lawsuit after investors voluntarily dropped a class action lawsuit against the company. The Strategy lawsuit, filed earlier this year, accused the company of misleading shareholders about how new accounting rules would impact its bitcoin-heavy balance sheet.
