Amsterdam-based digital asset service provider Amdax is planning to launch a dedicated bitcoin treasury company and list it on Euronext Amsterdam. The new company, named AMBTS B.V. (Amsterdam Bitcoin Treasury Strategy), aims to hold 1% of all bitcoin in circulation, which is approximately 210,000 BTC and worth more than $24 billion at current prices. If successful, AMBTS would be one of the largest institutional bitcoin holders in the world and put the Netherlands on the map as a serious player in digital asset finance.
