These are the upgraded version of the previous Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones, with a few significant changes: better battery life, new immersive audio Cinema Mode, adjustable ANC, wired lossless playback, and more. They’re more expensive as well, of course, but this discount makes them much more palatable.
